Effective April 23rd, 2021 – Essential Travel Only
Due to travel restrictions in BC effective April 23, 2021, travel outside of people’s regional zones is now restricted until May 25th, 2021.
The past year has been incredibly difficult for everyone. Like you, we all want travel to return as soon as possible.
There is light at the end of the tunnel, and hope on the horizon, but we are not there yet.
If you do not have to travel right now, please don’t.
Discouraging travel is the antithesis of our industry; however, by not welcoming guests from outside of British Columbia, and Vancouver Island, we can do our part to help reduce the burden on our health care workers, slow the spread of COVID-19, and be able to welcome travellers in the near future.
Saying yes is at the heart of everything we do – to put it mildly, saying no is difficult.
It is my duty to do the best I can to keep our team, guests, patrons, and community safe, and in doing so educate and encourage guests to make travel plans for after the restrictions are lifted. In effect, I am asking all our valued guests, who do not live on Vancouver Island, to rebook their reservations for after May 25th, 2021, unless the reason for your visit to Victoria is an essential one.

I invite you to contact myself, and my team with any questions you might have.
