Availability: Requested reservation dates and times are subject to court availability and are not guaranteed until confirmed. 3. Reservation Confirmation: All reservations will be confirmed by phone. A reservation is considered finalized only after you have received confirmation from our staff. 4. Weather: Court reservations are subject to cancellation due to inclement weather or other unsafe playing conditions. Every effort will be made to notify affected guests as early as possible. 5.Schedule Changes: Reservations may be modified, rescheduled, or canceled due to promotional events, tournaments, facility maintenance, or other operational requirements. We appreciate your understanding and will provide advance notice whenever possible.
